when they get selective about the fics they read.

These are mine(GT) in opinion and do not necessarily reflect those of Colliding
SYmphonies.

Note: despite what I do not read, I have never deleted them.  I keep them all.

There is almost no-one I will not read from, Save for Redneck. Only he for one
reason, in that he is hypocritical in his arguments towards everyone, including
myself. But that is just opinion.
The authors I DO remember are either good, or really, really bad. Those writers
who threw something together in about 30 minutes to have their 10k of space in
RAAC and put no effort into it(and it clearly shows.) I hate getting a bad taste
in my mouth.

Oneshot- "fic, in a can, ready to enjoy!" I may need to change that with Ranma's
girls. . .
Daives- Love the images of Tenchi, still don't care for SM.
Seawrite- I don't think I need to justify this.
CBear- Another great slow story. What can I say, I'm a sentimental fool.
Things coming out of Christopher Angel's account- Like Us here, there seem to be
several people spawning from one account.
SK JAM- he sneaks in and out with stories, much like Oneshot, which is why I
confuse the two sometimes.

FICS I GO OUT OF MY WAY TO READ

Uncle fester- A gaijin and a japanese woman and a dojo. . .gee. . .that sounds
familiar. . .(pikuPiku)
Joseph Kohle- MASN holds a good root in me, starting off with bad hate mail I
sent him. From there on I looked past the characters and into the story, which
is where the good stuff is in Kohle's case. I'm a faithful reader since.
Joseph Palmer- I don't think anyone will dispute the simple power of Seasons or
Colours. Keep up the good work. (and don't pay any attention to Taleswapper when
writing Yellow.)
Richard Lawson- Heh. . .well. . .another slow author, but Richard can un-cannily
tap a character to produce a limited third that seems to almost break the line
to first person. That kind of descriptive is hard to find, and the way its done
makes it so readable a flowing. I've never had to re-read a sentence in his
work.


AUTHORS I WANT TO READ, AND WILL

Coutuva- someone who puts effort into a Orig fic is asking for a beating of
silence. I liked the A-ko stuff and I'm trying to get to UNlikely.

these are just the authors' I can Think of off the top of my head that I was
going to get to, as we, and Colliding SYmphonies, have over 38 megs of back
logged FICS to review. as soon as we put out our Fall release, we're going back
into the hole to review some more. We've added a voice to help with the reviews,
one Anand Rao who wrote 'Kasumi and Spice, and Everything Nice.' We should be
releasing a string in the next two weeks or so, including my bottleneck 5 (maybe
6) TJ's Cast Not Such Dreary Countenance, and Twisted Roads, My re-write of a
Ranma continuation, Hopefully Anand is working on a DBZ fic we might have done
some, and the work both TJ and I are working on. Just after that, we're going to
crunch about 5 megs worth of stories, and do nothing but post C&C all week.

Can't wait that long? Look into FFIRC. . .
