You might be correct, but I haven't seen a big increase in Dirty Pair Flash
fics and that's been out for a while.

I'd like to re-emphasize something someone said the other day:  While there
aren't, and apparently have never been, huge numbers of BGC fics posted, BGC
fic-writing hasn't trickled away and died (like DP fic writing seems to
have, for the most part). Indeed, the numbers of BGC fics produced each year
seems to be relatively steady. 

btw - I'm not trying to claim that all BGC fics are good. BGC fic writers
have turned out their fair share of the "whack-a-boomer" fic variety, the
BGC analog to the Sailor Moon "monster of the week" fic or the Ranma "one
big fight" fic.
