This is a request for information on several things for my Project: 
A-ko fanfic.

	1)How gentle/severe are the winters in southern Japan,
where Graviton City would be located? Specifically, how bad is the 
usual snowfall there in November and December?
	2)How many judges usually sit on the bench in Japanese courtrooms? I 
know that they don't have a jury system there. 
	3)How speedy are their trials for property damage cases?
