Somebody on the list said that Khu Lon is here trying to 'cure' Ranma.

Well, I think he's mentally amputating him. After all Ranma grew up with the
Tribe. I don't think he can survive without it, or at least he'll be 
mentally crippled.

So if you ask me, Khu Lon is the megavillian.
