Yes, but you have to take Genma's rather, umm, old fashioned, (nay, down
right sexist) view of a woman's place and duties.
It is doubtful that Genma will consider a girl worth training, even a
girl that can defeat him most of the time. I think Ranma will be looking
for new sparring partners.
Genma? Doesn't Nodoka have the exact same views as Genma does?
Yes, more or less. But the fanfic has already substantially rewritten
Nodoka's quirks to make life easier for Ranma.
She is always after "Ranko" to act in a more "appropriate" manner..
until she finds out that she is her son. Then Nodoka flip flops
and threatens Ranma's life every time he does one of those afore
mentioned acts that she wanted "Ranko" to do.
Heck, even Soun could be considered sexist due to the half assed
way he trained his daughter.
I wouldn't go that far. She's very good. Just not inhumanly good the
way Ranma is.
But this wasn't relevant. Nodoka is prepared to treat Ranma as her
daughter. But if Genma decides that Ranma is now his daughter, that's
going to put a huge gulf between them, because Genma has no idea how
to handle real women, much less men who have decided to be women.
