Hmmm...  An interesting grounds for a character fic.  Ryoga finds out that
Ranma didn't knock him into the pool, it was someone else (Shampoo's cousin
Lo Fa  ^_^  ).  Ryoga has to come to terms with this.  It could be
interesting.

yeah, that fic idea came up a few months ago too.  I think it went:  "What
if a red-haired girl showed up in Nerima with a Panda?"  Since Ranma
doesn't remember knocking Ryoga into the pool (he just assumed he did
since it fit Ryoga's story) it could have been this other girl.

That could be what motivates this whole thing in the first place! 
Part 1:  The girl shows up in Nerima and Ryoga discovers that it _wasn't_
Ranma who knocked him into the pool, which removes his original reason for
trying to kill Ranma.  Overcome with guilt he goes to Ranma and says that
he'll do anything to make it up to him.  Ranma asks him to stop sleeping
with Akane,
Part 2:  The plan is enacted (sorry i can't remember the detail of the
plan or who came up with the idea originally)

Now that sounds like a good idea for a story. The other idea, where Ryoga goes
into the spring where his supposed pet pig drowned was pretty good also, except
that Akane knows P-chan can swim real well, like someone else had mentioned.

As to Ranma tellin' Ryoga to stop sleeping with her, you think Ryoga would
actually honor that. I mean...it's a pretty dishonorable thing he does, sleeping
with Akane as a pig and all....

Alright, there's a basic outline...who's gonna write it?

I would, but I'm way too busy on my other fanfic...and Final Fantasy VII :)
