It is in .txt format, only with the wrong extention.  Open it up in a
text-file editor (I used Eudora) and it looks perfectly normal (apart from +
appearing instead of the 1/2 character).

By the way, good story.  I liked the way Kasumi was characterized with more
depth - although would Shampoo-kun really appear old enough for her?  The
GWWDRO part was a bit hokey, though.  And is Cologne going to be any
different this time - that part should be interesting too.
