On the bit about high school, one cannot forget Ninja High, sure it
may not be an anime, but with such a rich tapestry of characters 
(read: crazy people) it would be an interesting read.  Salusians and 
Tenchi's bunch or Nerima martial artist and Ichi.  oh yeah Akane vs 
Ichi. heh 

    Or you could move higher up on the school chart and have "Here is 
Greenwood".
