Yeah, but doesn't Ryouko fall under the 'o' and 'ou' rominazation rule,
that way depending on what system you use for rominazation either version
can be correct...(That's why I use Ukyou for Ukyou..I like the ou at the
end...). So while your spelling of Ryouko maybe not be the offical one, it
is still correct. (Of course this does all fall under sound....I mean
Ukyou does sound like it needs and ou at the end...)
