NO!!

Some people do indeed write MSTings of fics they consider bad, in order
to make fun of them. Megane 6.7 is (usually) an example.

Others, like myself (though I haven't done one in a long while), write
MSTings of GOOD fics, as a way to call attention to them, and as a way
to make C&C more interesting.

I can't speak for Sean, but I'm reasonably sure his was in the latter
category. So keep posting, and you will get readers (though I won't be
one of them but that's only because I don't read any Sailor Moon).
