Too bad.  John's fic is not "just" BGC. The major universes involved with
this story, in addition to BGC, appear to be Tenchi Muyo, Sailor Moon,
Patlabor, and Kimagure Orange Road, plus numerous other appearances that
I've not caught yet (including John McClain of "Die Hard")

And the Prisoner, though *I* think it's pretty obvious (if you never seen
the show though....). Plus some other stuff, including me having the
sinking feeling that Magical Knight Rayearth is in there....:P

As for the story itself, well I can say one thing after using over 7 hours
of on line time to read it. Yes Biles is really part of the conspiracy to
turn people into Hiyama Hikaru fan's. He has joined with the makers of
Shin KOR to makes us all love Hikaru. Resits this...Ayukawa Madoka is the
true KOR goddess, bow down to Tsuru-san...

Ahem...With that bit of Proganda over, some C&C san's Spoilers...I

Nice story with a very good sense of humour, and it read nicely like most
of the Biles fic's out there. Still trying to digest it though and come up
with a more definit feeling for it. I still think it's good, I just don't
think it's good but just not as good as other fic's. Maybe it's the power
level of the fic...:)

Or maybe it's the fact it needed more Goto-san, of the fact that
Madoka-san....^^

A couple of solid points of C&C though...You might wanna rethink the use
of Naru in this fic. This may tip your hand as to some of the directions
your taking in Sailor Z though some people may have read into this.
Secondly you might want to polish up the ending a bit..I sorta of lost
track of a couple of characters there....But then with my track for
picking things out over the last couple of day's....:)

Anyway, I'll stew over this a bit more and hopefully come up with some
other C&C of the whole shebang, and e-mail it to you so I don't spoil it
for others...Unless they already have been spoiled then...
