My first thought was that you were crossing over into Mike Breen's
BGC-Highlander crossover. In that one, Adam Pierson (AKA Methos) is one of
Quincy's Special Assistants
Haven't even seen that. It's not the Adam from Crash, either (The
experimental boomer was named Adam, right?)
ADAMA, actually. His real name was C1XA4-TPAA ^_^
Close enough.

Largo had a couple different hair colors, but he was never blond ^_^
Yah, will change to white.
I don't remember him with white hair. What sticks in my mind is the standard
"anime blue-gray" (hey, I haven't watched BGC in a while), although I think
he might have had other coloring as well. But never blond or white
IT looked white to me.
Though probably my brain is trying to confuse him with Professor Tomoe :)
I might have read a story like that...the only one of his I remember is
the rather stupid one where a werewolf kills all the Sailors, then Gally
kills it.
That "rather stupid" story (Teenage Wasteland) has over 4000 hits by itself
on my website. I suspect several someones like to see the Senshi get theirs
or something...
I know. But it's still stupid. It's my second least favorite SM fic of
all time. (The worst one was a truly horrendous lemon whose name escapes
me.)

It sought to scour him to ash, but he would not burn. It tried to
crush him, but he would not be broken. It tried to blow him away, but he
would not move. He locked his mind around it and struck back with his
anger, binding it with the power within himself. He had gone beyond
rage, into the calm at the heart of the hurricane of his anger. By
turning his anger outward, he mastered it, and now he did the same for
the power.
