     Whoa, back the E-mail up. It is NOT obvious that Ryoga and Akari will
end up together. It could very well be Ryoga and {we all know who i'm going
to say} Ukyo. There is enough evidence {namely "Oh Cursed Tunnel of Lost
Love" and Nihao my Concubine} that they could get together. [Q: Does anybody
know if the movies/OAV's came out in Japan before or after the manga/anime
finished?] There is also plenty of implying evidence for Nabs and Kuno. Watch
the music video that comes with "One flew over the Kuno's nest", you know
what I mean, the one with the sunflowers, and try to tell me that the
sillhouette could be anybody BUT Kuno. I can't understand the song but the
pictures speak pretty clearly.

    Okay. I'm done ridiculing your viewpoint. I just wanted to make the point
that except for Ranma/Akane get married, NOTHING is obvious as to it's
outcome. Therefor, futurefics {with some exceptions, like Ranma 2096} are not
in the same category as Alternate Universe stories, since anything can
happen.
