Yeah, but he has two problems using them, 1:  In most instances he has
to use the "Tenchi-ken" or "the little sword handle he carries around"
to channel his energies into a blade.  He wasn't carrying it at the
time.  2:  The "Light Hawk Wings" are a powerful attack and defense that
exsist within Tenchi alone.  However, the lighthawk wings only work when
the threat to survival of threat ratio equals about 9000 to 1.  Tenchi
can't just activate the lighthawk wings at will.
