Why would Kasumi wish for this?  How is it "selfless?"   "I wish I were
poor and miserable and stupid (but I don't want to be any different)"
doesn't even make sense.

She says first that she wants no change done to herself... which means that
to be made "the poorest, stupidest, most miserable, and most selfish person
on earth", the rest of the world would have to be change - so the entire
world become richer, smarter and happier and Kasumi Tendo... and would that
be such a bad thing? :P
