Anyone who brings magic into Xanth can use Xanth's magic. So the cursed
ones and those who can use magic would be able to do magic in Xanth.
Almost everybody on the list except Kasumi and  Nabiki can do something
even if only make hammers appear. This still doesn't settle what they
would do but it would justify the talents and you could argue for
Kasumi and Nabiki being so extreme that they could be magic.
