	Not quite. Use the _sparingly_. That way, you do it a little bit,
but don't annoy people so often that they just give up.

I've got no problem with cliffhangers per se, but it _REALLY_ annoys me
when an author ends part of a fic with a cliffhanger, and then never gets
around to writing the next part... :P
