Out of all the stories i've read tonight this one truly caught my
attention and considering that this is the sixth one that i have read...

Anyways i like the way you kept it a mystery as to the identity of the
girl.  For a while there i was convinced it was akane.  Though i
would've been disappointed if it were considering the effort you used to
keep the identity hidden.

I'm unfamiliar with the fic you say you are writing this as a sequel too
could you perhaps give us background info or tell us where to find it.

Also i would love to know how she ended up in contact with Ukyou.

As for Genma being a good guy... well... thats debatable. 
Ranko/Ranma-chan made an excellent point when he complained that
anything goes martial arts wasn't for common brawling.  (i certainly
hope that wasn't guile being beaten)

anyways as for genma, i still find him despicable but at least in this
story he's trying.  Nice story overall

I suspect there will be a continuation?
