	Yes, but she is very much so an oddity.  One episode out of *two* 
*hundred*?  And even so, her *actions* make this a case of self-defense,
just as is Sailor Moon's parrying of Kunzite's final attack, resulting in
his death.  (After which she doesn't exult ... she looks almost sad.)

Being the manga hound that I am, I always find it intriguing how *many*
of the evil villains in the anime are aither converted to our side (Coaan
& company, Nephrite, etc.), or turn out to just be misunderstood (Nephrenia.
Galaxia).  The only real *nasty* villains in the anime were always the 
huge, malevolent shapes/voices...Metallia, Wiseman, Pharoah 90.

Since this thread has mutated from mine and Richard Drysdale's stories,
I think I'll comment.

Three things motivated the creation of the character in I'm Here to Help.

1. Crystal Tokyo is an "Utopia". Humanity is too diverse for an Utopia
   to work for everyone. One man's heaven is another's hell. For instance,
   even though the character is not much like me, I would rather live in
   whatever waste the rest of the world is than live in Crystal Tokyo.
   I could not live there.

2. The bad guys are bad because they're evil, or have been possessed. Oh
   COME ON! This may be an anime/manga, but life just doesn't work that
   way. Do people really think that someone who has done something they
   regard as evil have always done it BECAUSE they think it's evil? No.
   Probably 70% of the time, they're doing it because they think it's
   right. 29%, they're probably mentally unbalanced. 1%, perhaps, might
   fit the bill of doing something just because it's evil. I know that
   some of the Moon villains are portrayed decently, with them having
   feelings and love and some other humanising aspects, but a: they're
   usually the possessed/whatever ones, and b: their motivations are
   still "evil". You know, take over/destroy the world type stuff.

3. The future is apparently ruled by one person. That makes her a great
   focus for whatever displeasure there is about what has happened. And
   it didn't help that people fled the Earth rather than take her
   (obviously non-volunteery if remaining on Earth) "purification". That
   just isnt right in my books. Now, there could have been plenty of
   reasons for them fleeing. They may have done so without any prompting
   from Serenity, they may have rebelled against the Senshi and got
   their butts whipped and then chose to flee, could have been a few 
   things. Personally, I believe that the Nemesians were probably put
   into a position where they had to flee by the Senshi, simply because
   the Senshi's current past relies on the Black Moon being created.
   People don't usually flee their home planet at the drop of a hat.
