If he is good enough that Ranma can't touch him without using his
special techniques ( roasting chestnuts etc.) and can't attack at all
then it must more than a lack of knowledge. At those kind of speeds a
punch would kill most people. I mean he must be moving faster than
anybody except Cologne as everybody else gets hit at least once in a
while.
