Two thousand years into the future, a war is being waged between those who
share Neo-Queen Serenity's ideal's, and those who oppose them.  The
benevolent Neo-Queen, who had declared herself responsible for the planet
Earth only so many hundred years ago, has created a Utopia of sorts that is
meant to benefit not only Earth and its inhabitants, but those of the
entire system. There was a place for everyone, and an ear to listen to
every problem.
	Almost everyone.  There was no place on Earth for those who did not want a
Queen.  For the few thousands of people who wished Neo-Queen Serenity to be
removed from the throne, there was no place of acceptance.  The only
condolence that the Queen could offer was that she would not take any
action upon these people unless they broke the law.  A simple enough
ultimatum, and one that these revolutionaries would never follow.
	On September 7th, in the year thirty-nine hundred and ninety-nine, a
Radical group seized the Crystal Tokyo Secure Laboratories building and
activated a project known as C11-TT6.  Before the building could be
recaptured from the Radical group, it had already sent one assassination
class B15 android into the reverse quantum particle field generated by
project C11-TT6 sending the android two thousand years into the past.
	Of course, this event did not go unnoticed by the goddess of time, Pluto,
who in retaliation sent her own messenger.
