It really kinda all depends on if you're trying to send 100KB of text and
your mail client doesn't allow non-attached messages that long, now doesn't
it?
In that case maybe one should consider switching mail clients (of
course it's an entirely different matter if the mail client is forced
down one's throat by one's ISP, in which a switch in ISPs should be
considered).
And even when sending fics that are plain text as an attachment, it
would be a lot more convenient if the proper MIME content type was
specified (unlike some fics that seem to have been attached with some
inconvenient content types such as application/octet-stream).
Oh well, I should stop whining, considering that I hardly get enough
time to write fics myself ...
