How about with tones from X-Men and The Terminator? Like this:

        Pluto guards what has occurred, what is happening, and what is to come.
Time is no obstacle to her, and her only threat are those who wish to
change the outcome of the past.  Her job is simple and intricate, and is
always successful ... ALMOST.
        September 7, 1997, an attempt at killing Tuskino Usagi to change the
outcome of Crystal Tokyo fails.  The assassin is killed, and her protector
returns to the future.
        September 7, 3997, after its first failed attempt at killing Neo-Queen
Serenity while she was still young, the Radical group 'Chronosphere' makes
a second attempt at killing Usagi, sending a(n)
(Android/Boomer/Labor/Cyborg/Droid) into the past to kill her at a time
when she was even more vulnerable.
        New Moon. Approx. 10,000 years ago, a being of unusual power and
intelligence arrives and is unable to be stopped from killing young
Princess Serenity before Queen Serenity's very eyes.
        September 7, 1997, a bleak time for the Planet.  Queen Beryl runs rampage
over the earth, her forces are kept at bay only by the uniting of the
planet against her, and four warriors of magical strength.  The battle is
turning in Beryl's favor and it doesn't look like the Earth has much of a
chance.
        September 7, 3997, the world is quickly crumbling under Supreme Overlord
Beryl's control.  The last of the human race is being exterminated.  A
rebellious group named 'Chronosphere' traces Beryl's reign of terror back
to the death of Princess Serenity and three members go back in time to try
and keep her alive, only to find that the group ITSELF caused the very
trouble they now live under.  Under Sailor Pluto's guide, the group agrees
to do what they can to stop the (Android/Boomer/Labor/Cyborg/Droid) 

I like everything to the story but one thing:  Please, please, don't
bring Labors into this!  They were designed by people who wanted a
characterization series but not a super-dimensional Mecha wars story
like Gall Force, Robotech, and whatever.  Don't put Labor's into
something unless it's a simple one planet, one city story.
