Just curious, how do you guys think Genma ranks compared to Ranma in
fighting ability, assuming that Genma's actually got the guts to fight?

It seems to me that he's as good (probably better, given all his dirty
tricks) as his son is, with about the same speed and more strength, just

so

long as Ranma doesn't use his special attacks - i.e. amaguriken, mouko
takabisa, HSH.

I'd say he's Ranma's equal, but only when he's fighting Ranma.  Remember,
Genma has been responsible for most of Ranma's training, he knows the way
Ranma thinks, acts, and reacts in a combat situation.  Against anyone else
I might rate him under Ryoga but over Mousse (but then, I say Mousse is
better than Shampoo).
