You know, I've watched this thread with a great deal of dismay. Frankly
it distresses me when I see people wanting to leave the FFML for just
RAAC, mostly because well, I prefer this medium of distribution.

I like the fact that withing minutes of posting a story, I can get C&C
back to me. I love the way a well written story or an idea can span a
conversation that does on for days. (When it does on for weeks it's
irritating, but hey.) I really love the way I can use the FFML as a source
of information for stories that I would have to spend days looking for on
my own. (God knows I abuse that facet of the FFML often enough.)

As for the complaints about flaming, well, I don't know what to say to
people except lighten up. I've written for web pages (I'm an editor for
Online Gaming Review) so I have a rather thick skin when it comes to
flam. There's also the fact that I've gotten a generally positive
response to my fics. Most negative C&C is more on minor OOCing than
anything else. I know some peple get really bad flames, and that saddens
me. But you have to deal with it, and take the flame with the praise.

I agree I like this setting, were we can get help from fellow anime fans,
I'm taking a creative writing class, and I don't think they would appreciat
the stories.
for any whos intrested, and would like to see it I have my frist story
written, it's an original story, only 3 pages,, I don't think it would
qualify as an Anime unless you take the unusual maincharacter,
laiter:)
