                        Ranma 1/2: Enter Perfume
                         Chapter 7: Uhh...Oops?

Ranma slumped against the bathroom wall. He had locked the door
and
finally, he was alone. He sat in the tun and let the warm water relax his
body. There was no way he was going to be able to sleep now. In fact, he
wasn't even hungry for dinner. He was too tired to sleep or eat. Perfume
had been as persistant as Shampoo and Cologne had been. If not, more.
Hell, she *was* more persistant. He couldn't believe some of the things
she was doing.

Standing her ground against, Akane, Ukyo, Shampoo and even Kuno.
Ranma didn't particularly care for the fact that someone who looked like
he did in his girl form was hanging around him, chasing him all day. Kuno
didn't like it either, he thought she was him...or something like that.

He pulled himself out of the tub, slipped into his shorts and tank
top and walked into his room. He lay down on his bed roll and watched as
the sun began to set. He sighed and lightly closed his eyes.

He felt comfortable. The long day of running had worn him out.
He was too tired to do anything...almost too tired to even move. He
suddenly felt a weight on his chest. But for some reason, he didn't mind.
Probably becuase the weight had hands and was massaging his chest.

Ranma became slightly unnerved. He opened his eyes slowly and saw
Perfume naked, smiling and running her hands across Ranma's chest. He
tried to move, but found that he was too weak and pinned down to do
anything.

"G-get off me!" he cried. Perfume smiled, leaned forward and
kissed
him passionately. "Erk!" he muttered. She then grinned and quickly yanked

Ranma's shorts down. Ranma's eyes enlarged a tenfold.

Meanwhile downstairs...

"Check!" Soun laughed. Genma began to sweat.

"Uhh..." he started. There was a moment of silence, then a fish
leapt out of the pond and dove back in. Soun and Genma stared at it. Soun

reached forward and grabbed a snack off the plate. The stick snapped in
half. Soun held up the stick and looked at it.

"I-it's an omen..." he said. Genma only nodded.

In the kitchen...

Kasumi tested her cooking and smiled. It was coming along rather
nicely. She turned and knocked a spatula onto the floor, making a small
mess.

"Oh my!" she muttered to herself, as she proceeded to clean it up.

Over at Okonomikyaki Utchan's...

Ukyo smiled as she served another customer. She stepped behind the

counter, but bumped into it on her way, knocking a spatula onto the floor.

"Dammit..." she muttered to herself, as she prodceeded to clean it
up.

Over at Neko-hanten...

Cologne sat, smoking her pipe. She caught wind of something odd in

the air. She sat up and smiled. Shampoo looked up from her book at her
Great-Grandmother.

        "What is it, Great-Grandmother?"

"It has begun," Cologne replied. "Something has happened to the
groom, that will ensure the plan's success."

Back at the Tendo Dojo...

Akane sat in her room doing her homework. For some reason, she
couldn't help but think about Ranma. He had been going through torture of
all types this week. She wasn't helping any. She thought to herself that

she should go to him and talk to him about what is really bothering him.
He was only three doors down after all. She turned in her chair and looked

at her bedroom door.

She heard something. Something she had never heard before. It
was faint, but she could hear it. Then suddenly, louder, more clearly, but

not loud enough for anyone else to hear...

        "UNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNGH!!!!!!!!!!"

The sound was done by two people. One male, one female. Akane
face faulted. She looked down at the book she had in her hands, only to
see
that she had turned it into confetti. It couldn't have been what she
thought it was. He wouldn't have. Would he? If he did, how could he?
No...she was thinking it all wrong. She knew Ranma. He'd never do some-
thing like that. He's too childish.

Back in Ranma's room...

Ranma stared up at the ceiling. He didn't know how to feel.
Happy?
Oh, he was certainly happy. But he didn't love Perfume. Well, he had to
feel something. Ranma almost didn't even put up a fight. _I was too
tired,
dammit! That's why!_ he thought, trying to justify his actions.

Perfume looked up into Ranma's eyes, smiling. She rested her head
on his shoulder. "Wo ai ne..." she muttered, drifting off to sleep. Ranma

looked down at her and placed his hand to her back. She purred.

_Oh dear Lord...What have I done? I just slept with a...a..._
Ranma thought before passing out.

Back at Neko-hanten...

Cologne was sitting at the table with Shampoo. She was explaining
to her the possiblities of what may or may not have happened. But one
thing
was known to Cologne, was that something *had* happened and that it would
be found out by the necessary people at the right time. When it was found
out, no one, except Shampoo and Cologne would respect Ranma. And this was
because they knew something the others didn't.

"However," Cologne started. "The may be one side effect..."
Shampoo
looked to her great-grandmother. "The side-effect may be that when the
love
potion wears off tomorrow morning, she will still love the groom. If that

happens, then she will continue to be persistant after Ranma...in both
forms."

When Cologne looked up, she saw Shampoo with her head down, her
blue
battle aura aflame. "W-Why you not say something earlier, great-
grandmother?" she managed, politely.

"Shampoo, the chances of that happening are one in a million."

Then next morning...

Ranma woke up. _What a weird freakin' dream,_ he thought. He
began
to sit up, but realized there was a slight weight holding him down. _Aw...

no...I-I didn't..._ He looked down to see what was lying on top of him.
Sure enough, he *hadn't* dreamt it like he had hoped.

Perfume opened her eyes lazily and wiped the fatigue from her eyes.

She looked up to Ranma. Then her eyes snapped up oddly...almost confused,

yet...

Downstairs...

"I guess I'll go get the boy for his morning training," Genma
muttered to himself. He started up the stairs but then was knocked back by

Ranma and then trampled by Perfume, who was chasing after Ranma on all
fours
purring.

        "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Ranma
screamed, as he ran from room to room, trying to get away from the
cat-girl.
Ranma ran outside of the dining area and tripped into the pond. As Ranma-
chan emerged, Perfume glomped her.

Cologne stood on a rooftop with Shampoo outside of the Dojo. She
looked to Shampoo and shrugged. "Who knew..." she muttered.

Shampoo stood white-knuckle fisted, trembling, trying her best not
to
lash out her anger. She watched longer as Akane came out of the house,
walked over to the identical twins and clubbed them both. She then stormed

back into the dining area and sat down.

End Chapter 7...

A note from the Author: Okay, before you read this chapter, I need

to make sure you all understand that I never intended to offend anyone with

this story. Nor did I ever intend for what happens here, to happen. But,
as many of you authors know, things never turn out the way we plan it, do
they? Just please keep an open mind and don't get too pissed. I know
I'm going to get flamed, won't be the first time, so nyah!!!

                        Ranma 1/2: Enter Perfume
Chapter 8: Fini! Flames will be laughed at, so, go ahead and try it!

Ranma held his head as he walked across the Dojo over to the
training
hall. He was going to practice, that was always one way he was able to
vent
his frustrations. That and picking on Akane, but she seemed awfully irate
about something. Of what, he wasn't sure.

He sighed and opened the door to the training hall, as he turned
from shutting it, he was thrown aback by what he saw.

"WHAT THE HELL'S GOING ON!?!?" he demanded. Before him stood
every-
one. Well, almost everyone. Genma, Soun, Mousse, Kuno, Sasuke, Ryoga,
Happosai, Cologne, Tsubasa, Kasumi, Nabiki, Akane, Shampoo, Ukyo, and even

Kodachi.

"It's time, my son. If you truly want to be treated like a man,
then it is time that you choose," Genma started.

"You have been playing games long enough," Soun continued.

"Playing with women's emotions is just wrong, Ranma," Ryoga added.

"Saotome, true love runs deeply through these women, it is time
that
your hurt of them stops," Kuno said.

"Oh, what irony, the fowl Saotome finally confronted with his
games.
And now that he must decide, he cannot chose," Mousse chided.

"Ranma, my boy, be a *real* man and marry them all! It'll be like
your very own harem! Plus..." Happosai started with a tear in his eye.
"You'll be my envy!"

Everyone stood and pointed to Ranma. "Choose now! Choose wisely,
or reek our vengeance!" they all said in unison.

Ranma smacked his hand to his forehead. It was just like his
dream,
here they all stood before him and were forcing him to make his decision
about his fiancee, here, now and forever. He had to choose and there was
no
way around it. If he didn't they would all pummel him. But the way Ranma

saw it, he'd be pummeled no matter who he chose. The worst part was, he
didn't want to choose...not necessarily because he didn't care, either.

He looked from girl to girl carefully considering his options. A
single bead of sweat rolled down his cheek. The tension in the room was so

thick it could be cut like a knife.

Ranma's hair was soaking with sweat now. His shirt stuck to his
body, drenched as well. Ranma kept moving his eyes from girl to girl, then

to the crowd off to the side, all welding their respective, typical
weapons.
There was only one way out of this, he thought. And that would have to be
a
miracle.

"Ranma, be a man and take them all!" Happosai suggested, as the
old
man entered the hall.

"Come on, boy. We're waiting..." Genma huffed.

"Oh, Ranma! If only you'd married my Akane when you first met,
then
this would never have happened," Soun bawled.

"Saotome," Kuno started. "The vengeance of heaven is sure, but
true.
If you do not chose who you are to love, verily, you will be considered an
enemy to women as well as your fellow men." Everyone else muttered or
thought along those same lines, or about what they'd do to Ranma if he
didn't choose correctly, etc.

Ranma sighed, closed his eyes, raised his arm up, stuck out his
index
finger and began to lower his arm. "I...uhh...want..." Before his arm
lowered, and before he could finish, the door to the hall slammed open with

such force the door fell out of the track and landed on the floor.

The outside light blinded the entire crowd in the room. As they
turned to see who it was, a shadowed, shapely female figure stood there.
"How
dare you!" she bellowed, her voice eerily familiar.

"WHO?" everyone said in unison. As their eyes adjusted to the
light,
everyone gasped seeing who it was. There she stood, with short red-haired,

Perfume. Ranma fell to the floor. "WHA!?!" Perfume stormed in and grabbed

Ranma by the shirt collar.

"And to think...Perfume gave herself to you!" she sobbed, gazing
into
Ranma's eyes, tears flowing freely. His jaw, like everyone else's in the
room, was on the floor...umm...make that *through* the floor.

"NANI!?!!?!?!" Everyone else in the room shouted.

"I-it's not what you think!" Ranma started as everyone approached
him, taking up arms. "I SWEAR I NEVER MEANT FOR IT TO HAPPEN!!!" Ranma
screamed.

                                * * *

Ranma lay on the floor of the training hall staring at the ceiling.

Perfume sat next to him, cuddling next to him. Kasumi was simply putting
some bandages on his wounds.

"Oh Ranma...Ranma...Ranma..." she sighed. Everyone else had
cleared
out. Kasumi finished tending to Ranma, packed up the first-aid kit and
left
the hall. "I'll leave you with your decision," she huffed as she left.

Ranma continued to stare at the ceiling. Perfume looked over him
into his eyes. She smiled, cat-kissed him and then lay next to him. He
then
looked down at her. He still felt as if he was looking at himself. He
smiled. _If I it has to be her, I may as well be happy about it..._ he
thought. He put his hand to her head and began to stroke her hair.
Perfume
began to purr. Ranma stopped momentarily, he realized that he was now over

his fear of cats. Thanks to his fiancee...his one and only fiancee...

                                * * *

Shampoo cried for months after the incident. Her great-grandmother

was found brutally murdered in her own kitchen, stabbed by many spatulas.
Only one person knew who the real murderer was, and that was the killer
herself...and she was cried for months after the incident. Out of despair
and mourn, she married Mousse, much to his glee.

Framed for a murder she did not commit, Ukyo spent most of the good

years of her life in a penitentiary, her only visitor, became her
husband...
Tsubasa.

With Akane free of Ranma's hold, Kuno and Ryoga fought desperately

for her love. Akane, upon finding out Ryoga's secret, rejected him flatly.

Smartly, she also rejected Kuno. Ryoga was last seen being thrown out of a

bar over in a large town across Japan. He and an olive-haired, cross-
dressing female alien captain were tossed out of a bar for drinking too
much.

Kuno eventually gave up on Akane and wound up living the life of a

swinger. He quickly shunned his kimono and donned a leisure suit. Soun
eventually had a stroke and passed on because of the stress caused by the
whole ordeal. Genma returned home, but quickly left, pursued by an irate,
katana-welding Nodoka.

Kasumi eventually did marry Dr. Tofu. Nabiki eventually became a
very wealthy business woman and became Vice-President of a renown Japanese
corporation known for making homicidal androids. Akane took the loss of
Ranma harder than anyone would have expected. She disappeared shortly
after
her father's death and hadn't been seen since.

Happosai was the only one to remain having anything to do with the
newlywed Mr. & Mrs. Saotome. He continued to train Ranma to become the
Master of the Anything Goes School of Martial Arts. He eventually did
achieve the title. Shortly there after Happosai died peacefully and
happily when a woman had willingly given herself to him.
