My understanding of all the FFML is that its run through White Wolf's system.
I could be wrong in this, but the list is White Wolf's and he allows us
access to it.  He has the right to appoint whomever he wishes to Moderate it.
 Now I will grant you that making someone that noone likes the Moderator
could kill the list.  

That hasn't happened.
