Ireally don't think that bashing the moderator (or one of?), is that great
an
idea.  Tybalt does his job, and he does it as impartially as he can.  If
he says something/someone isbanned, it is.  His job to execute things as
impartially as possible is tedious at best.  I can sympathize, as I
moderate my own conference regarding anime and manga.  Keeping things on
track and minimizing spam is a lot of busywork.

Granted, if the moderator gets a little personal in his warnings, then
that's uncalled for; but since I am under the impression Tybalt hasn't
done so (I haven't experienced anything to say otherwise), I don't think
this is germane to the "problem."

Give the guy a break.  Tybalt's doing his job, and I think he should be
given a good pat on the back for taking the time to do it, and do it well.
