Heh.  I think that Tybalt is great!  My message count hasn't broken
70 since he became a moderator!  Most of the stuff that he stops ends
up going nowhere anyways.  He's a friendly guy besides..he kind of
reminds me of a policeman...a nice guy, but he can be a bear sometimes..
but you wouldn't DREAM of living without him.

As for group discussions, see that "Reply To All" button in your mail
client?  Yeah, that one right at the top.  That's actually pretty useful
for private e-mail group discussions.
