I'm not sure what the rules are on songfics, so I was hoping someone could
enlighten me.

I was listening to one of my CDs (Time Permitting by Streetnix, if you're
curious) and a couple songs inspired an idea for a video for the song,
using Ranma 1/2 characters.

The songs were "Pouring Rain" (c) 1991 Chris Martin
and "Hopes Go Astray" (c) 1988 Black 'N' Round Songs / BMG Sunbury CAPAC.

Would this be over the line for "allowed"?
