Ergh. I thought I knew this one . . . I *think* it's 1100 or something
similar. (One of the girls in Debutante Detective Corps tries to call the
police after the assassins open fire, and finds out the cell phone is
being jammed. The subtitle is 9-1-1 *but* she says the Japanese number, if
you're listening and can understand it.)

I'll review DDC at some point. (Heck, maybe I'll try to develop a fanfic
based on that anime. :)
