You expect 22 responses?

TWENTY-TWO RESPONSES !?!?!

I would be ECSTATIC if I had that many responses to one of my posts.
The most I have ever received was 18 when I included a 'response form' in
one of my fics. I usually receive between zero and four responses (usually
two).

_BUT_

I do not post my stories to see how many people send me e-mail. I post my
stories so that people will READ them. And I know that my stories ARE being
read.

Comments or off-hand remarks in some of the side threads (spam if you're
Tybalt) about situations in my fics shows that my stories are read and
accepted. An example of this was a comment/complaint about why everyone was
matching Ryoga from Ranma 1/2 with Ami from Sailor Moon. This appeared
shortly after a 'quickfic' that I posted, and I give that type of comment
as much meaning as an e-mail response.

Sorry for the rant, but I had to get that off of my chest.
