Ooooohhhhh!!!! The possibilities here are almost tangible. ^_^

How's this for a silly idea?

Skuld ports into Nerima on an errand just as a power-failure occurs.
Through-out the whole story, Skuld and Ranma are fighting each other over
any/every source of hot water they can find. Although Ranma usually beats
Skuld to the prize and gets turned back, either bad luck or Skuld
retaliating gets Ranma turned back into a girl... or the water is simply
spilled leaving them both stuck.

I can see the two of them nearly swearing at each other by the end. ^_^
