6) THe Norns are the Goddesses of Past, Present and Future (I believe they
had other spheres of influence as well, what were they?) Is there a god of
Time in general?

	don't believe so.  that was more of a greek thing

7) What are the goddesses ranks and Limitations, (as of the end of the
OAV) and what exactly do they mean?

	the ranks an limitations are based (I shit you not) on classes of
japanese motor vehicle licenses.
	1st, 2nd, and 3rd class are pretty self-explanatory, but the
limited/unlimited are in reference to scope of actions/powers.  all of the
goddesses wear limiters (the earrings) so they don't accidentally do
anything rash....say, destroying Tokyo by accident, or something of that
nature.

That should do it.  I know looking over this it seems I haven't done much
with the series, but I've only seen the OAV and read a few fanfics, so I'm
not up on the details.  I just have a GREAT idea for a fic I want to try,
especially since my other fics are stalled due to writer's block.

	gambatte yo!  look around and try to find the Dark Horse
translations of the manga...they explain things  abit better than I can off
the top of my head.
