Just water for Skuld. Other two is correct.

Depends on the continuity.  It's just water in the anime, but in the
manga, it's only hot water.  (See Skuld's appearance in the manga, where
she gripes that she can only move through hot water, since she burned
herself hopping out of Keiichi's teacup.)  ^_^
