yep! it's amazing how much easier it is to feel earthquakes when they're
right under you =)

i've  lived in washington for about ninteen years, and been going to
school in california for the last three years, and in that time there have
been dozens of earthquakes (usually in 3-4 range) that i theoretically
should have been able to feel, at least acording to everyone else in the
area.

was in japan for one month, and i sure felt the jolt from the 1.0 (or
less) that was right where i was staying in kobe =)
