Although the memorial album may have shown Ukyo with grey eyes, I'm quite
sure that in at least one episode ("Ghost Story!  Ranma and the Magic
Sword"), she had blue eyes.

<throwing up hands>  That's it.  I think I'll just settle for Ranma's eyes
being blue-grey.  I've got other details to worry about.  :P
