I got a second opinion on the tumor, and he says that it can be
removed.  As always there is a chance I will be patially or fully paralysed.
Gonna take the risk, though it is thankfully a small one.  Its a laser
surgery, and I have yet to get all the details, but from what he said, they
will use a laser to cut around the tumor and remove it.
