Since sometime last night (according to the symptoms I've been
receiving, and an email from one of the universal-net admins), CRL
networks in San Francisco has been having major router problems.  DNS
lookup of universal-net.com is flaky at best.  I'm able to telnet in
using the IP address, dialing in using my backup ISP, so I can send out
this message.  Sometime early (PST) this evening (or so I'm told), the
problem will be solved.  Just to let everyone know, in case your mail
isn't getting through or gets bounced.
