Okay, I've gotten enough negative feedback from this ML to last the 

rest of

my life. I know I asked for it, well, now I got it. It seems my 

story was a

little bit too much for all of the Ranma/Akane purists out there on 

the

FFML, and a few other people sent me their grievances, so I've 

decided to

quit posting this story to the FFML, because all I ever get is 

angry

whining of "But Ranma's not a jerk! He's such a wonderful guy, and 

he loves

Akane so much, and he's so honorable, and kind, blah blah blah..."
If you want future parts, send me a request or check out the 

newsgroup

rec.arts.anime.creative, or the Slayers ML. I'm sick of hearing 

about poor

Ranma, and if you have a problem with the way I treat Ranma in my 

fic, get

used to it. I think he's a jerk, and I'm not backing down.

<scowls> Now this is what I hate to see. 

Everyone....I'll go to bat for Christina-san here. "Oh, Ranma's god, 
he's not a jerk, Akane and Ranma forever, yadda yadda, freun leiven"..
. GET OFF IT.

You have to accept the fact that there are *some* people who *do* 
*not* *see* *it* *your* *way*.

Personally, I like "Slayers 1/2" a LOT. It's funny, and it's a good 
attempt at bringing the Ranma cast and the Slayers cast together. 

It's a sad thing to see that someone whose story is worth reading is 
going to stop posting it because of constant flames from the 
"purists". If Christina-san *does* stop posting this story, all of 
you who fed her negative comments should hang your heads in shame. 
You won't, of course, because your personal tastes will be satisfied, 
but this is, last I checked, a mailing list where fanfics of all 
varieties are supposed to be welcome. And, judging by this, 
apparently some of us have forgotten that. 

If you don't like Slayers 1/2, you know where the delete button is. 
But there *are* those of us who *like* this fic and are going to be 
*very* annoyed if Christina-san is forced to stop posting it.
