thake it however you want...there is WAY too many possibilities of
Akane's cooking standing up and walking away...or falling in love with
Ranma...
A fic did that once, it thought someone was it's mother, or
something. Shampoo, or somebody. If anyone remembers the name
of this fic, tell me. Thanks.

I think that was "The Nameless Sequel". I *think* I know who did
that, but it's almost 1 am for me.. I'd better double-check...

Akane's cooking becoming sentient... hmm. Well, it happened during the
Varaiyah Cycle (which NS is the sequel to), but it never mistook anyone
for it's mother. Instead it went on a rampage and ate Happosai, shortly
thereafter taking on his characteristics...

Another of mine, the entry in the somewhat-ill-fated Reunion series, also
had Akane's cooking come alive - and try to kill Kasumi.

You may be thinking of Nigel M's Eight Days a Week, available at the M
Productions home page (PLUG).

Yup.. Mike Loader.. friend of Kergma, Ishido, Skuld and several
others, and person I oftem bounce my fic ideas off of.

Ed is a person of weighty ideas, with much gravity.

<OUCH! Damnit, Mike! You didn't have to bounce them back.. they're
HEAVY!>

Told ya. ;)

If I'm right, I hope that helps.

And if not, a good plug never hurts. :)
