If it ever gets made, I think this series is pretty close to the version
of R1/2 that Hollywood would come up with. (Though it probably wouldn't
be anywhere near as well-written as IMBS.)

Hmm.... will choose to take that as a compliment. ;)

I cheerfully admit that the later half of episode 6 is a tad like the
action scenes in a Bruce Willis flick. We tried to keep up the emotional
interplay and dialogue, but the setting was too much to resist. :) There's
a map of the Ichishi Building tacked up on my corkboard, showing the
routes of characters and points in the action. (Used to want to be an
archetect before I realized that I was a lousy artist and hated math)

Chapter 7, due out Bob knows when, will prolly be more like chapter 5...
light on action, high on scheming, interplay between characters, and
tension.
