OK, I have this idea for a self-inserion fic, (pause for groans) that I
may actually end up pursuing.... (pause for more groans)

Anyway, I was trying to come up with my amazing powers, and I came up with
a setthat might work, considering the way I write:

1) Invulnerability.  I mean the true katanas bounce off your arm type.
Details: This is not Superman-style, where you can take the entire impact
and not budge.  I get KO'd by Ryoga, I go flying back, crash into a wall,
etc, I just don't get HURT.

2) Cosmic Luck.  Instead of not getting hurt when I'm hit, the entire
universe consipres to make sure I'm not damaged.  Strange and interesting
things occur just at the right time when I'm about to get hurt.  Ie: Ranma
level's a punch at me, Ryoga just happens to appear and take it for me.
Hinako's about to drain me, some poor twerp just happens to stand in the
way.  (I was thinking of cursing Ranma with this, IE whenever I'm about to
be hurt, he takes the damage...)

As for a weakness in one or the other, how about righteous female wrath?
I can take anything the guys or the girls would throw at me normally, but
if a girl gets mad at me for being oh...say...a pervert, I get smashed,
and feel it.


The reasons for these is I wanted an ability that wouldn't threaten the
others, but wouldn't let me be threatened by them.  I mean, lets get real,
if little old plain Chris showed up in Nerima and saw that kind of
property damage going around, I'd be scared out of my wits.  

Just a thought...
