Well, the crab-runner-thingy is called Tou Chou
That big clamm with a tail thing?  Let me check real quick...
That one is Fei-Oh.
And then there was the Mirror Worm he used at the end of Part II of II.

As to your other question, well, I hope so.  I know there is still quite a
bit of manga that they have yet to touch....

*laugh* Definitely, considering 3X3 Eyes II went up to around book 5...
^^;; and there are 25 manga out so far! 

I LOVE 3X3 Eyes- Yakumo is _so_ cool ^_^ I love Han and the other Pai, too-
they're so cute together... And Sanjiyan starts to like him... *smile* BTW,
I have to say that Yakumo was coolest when he was in Pai's dream/world and
he wasn't a Uu... 

Hmm... what does he summon? Well, 
Tou Chau, the claw thingy- 
and he does start summoning Fei-oh- laugh *surfboard!* 
Koan Yaa- the light dragon thingy ^^ (I LOve how he got that one ^_^)
I can't remember if he got any more- but they got _LOTS_ more powerful-
especially Koan Yaa.. ^^
