Konnichiwa, minna!

I come with hat in hand asking for a translation...

Given how 'onna-Ranma' is used to refer to the female form of our hero,
what would I use to refer to Hitomi's male form??  

ie:  ________-Hitomi?

Would anyone have an idea??  I want to be as accurate as possible...

I know you've probably recieved what you wanted for this (I'm a bit behind
since I've been gone for the past week) but the word I'd use would be
'otoko', or boy/man.
