Kate Madigan is.  Pantyhose Tarou is from Ranma, I believe.

	But one of the things that set Tarou apart is his lack of chi use, at
least in the form of energy blasts. I'm pretty sure he doesn't blow
things up and in fact looks at those who use such tatics as inferiors
(Blade? Wanna correct me on that?) Wouldn't that make him a bio-energy
countermeasures consultant? Now if you want a REAL expert on Chi used as
an energy weapon, you gotta go with Herb, or maybe Saffron. Come to
think of it, wouldn't Saffron be all grown up by now? Kind of a "Don't
Deal With Dragons!" sort a thing? Just an idea.

ARGH!!! That sounds SO cool to bring them in to help out GENOM's side...but I
have no idea who they really are. I know who they are, but I don't no enough
about them, and I'm one of those people that only include people that I know...a
bit. Faqs? It doesn't help much unless I actually see the character because
other people's option could be different from others :(

I guess I better go out and look for some character discriptions...where ever
they are.
