OK  Except for one thing.  Urd can't be demoted to Goddess 1st Class.  To
reach Goddess 1st Class from her current standing (Goddess 2nd Class) she
has to be promoted.  You probably just meant to demote her to 3rd Class.

No, I meant "from" 1st class.  As I recall she was demoted to her
present rank for telling lies.  

Of course another approach would be just to have Urd magic the kid
out of herself and into Nodoka before birth, which would certainly
save Urd a lot of inconvenience.

And Nodoka would never know it.

And which would leave Ranma with two equally legitimate claimants
for maternal status.
