By the way, did the manga ever show how Tarou Sr. (whatever her name is)
reacted?  Was it panic or just "Aww, what a really cute little fuzzy baby
whateverheisincursedform my son is!"  Just wondering.

You don't see her reaction in the manga.

But when you see him "now", his whateverheisincursedform is VERY much
grown up and aged!

Even if the breast thing doesn't convince people, I'd think that the
Tarou thing would ...

Good point, although aging is more about wear and tear than growth, but
there's no reason Ranma-chan wouldn't keep aging after she finishes growing.

Well, since Ranma's body changes shape, that's what it does. Same wear
and tear - when otoko-Ranma gets a cut on his cheek, onna-Ranma has a
cut on her cheek. (You can see that in the story where Ryouga turns up.)

So since it's the SAME body, just shaped differently, then the female
version is wearing and tearing at the same time as the male body.

Tarou is the same - when he got slammed in the monster-arm by Ranma
with some pole, his human arm is still damaged.

If it was different bodies, that would not happen. So wear and tear
happens to the body - it's just that the body changes to look different
when it changes form. It is NOT a new body replacing the old body.

Um, here's a thought, what if Ranma's forms didn't age when he isn't in
them, i.e. he's in his male-form for a year but then he gets splashed
with cold water turning into his female-form but the female-form hasn't
aged that year or vice versa.  Just a thought.

Well, if that was the case, then if one form got injured, Ranma'd just
change to the other one, and be healthy again. But it doesn't work like
that, since it's only ONE body, not TWO...

And if it was as you said, then Tarou would have to have spend 95% of
his life in the monster form! Which isn't the case, as he can speak
properly, and can dress himself. :p
