assuming that the term 'mother' implies that Urd in some sense actually
gave birth to Ranma, that Ranma is now more than just a god or half-god
with Urd's markings.

i don't think Urd gave birth to Ranma so much as replaced the essence of
Nodoka which gave him life with her own. Am i right McGinnis?
