'Tisn't an HTML attachment, it's a MIME multipart/alternative message
with a text part and an HTML part. The HTML part is just an
HTML-ized version of the text part.
A note to the original author - there's no need to do this. Just
send the plain text version, as all the HTML version is doing is
wasting bandwidth.
